They say she looks like fun, and it makes her wonder if they’ve ever had fun in their lives. So she lets them drink from her well of fun, drifting off into it. They float in it above their norms and expectations, weightlessly twirling in her fun. Sometimes just for a brief moment, and sometimes for years, they drain away at her well of fun, gluttonously guzzling until the well is dry. They walk away with a belly full of fun, thinking they can take it with them, but that’ll be gone as fast as they can take a piss. She is too the dark rain cloud that refills her well as soon as they’ve gone.
